The Japanese Military helicopters have begun working on pouring sea water on Reactor No.3 at the damaged area of Fukushima No.1 Nuclear Power Plant. Smoke was intensifying from the reactor for more than 24 hours probably due to water blistering off in a pool containing spent fuel rods within the reactor building. The Japanese Military has started on this since 9.48 AM on Thursday.

In a state of mixed emotions of fear and anguish due to the worsened situation, the Japanese Government prohibited the Self-Defense Force helicopters from reaching the reactor on Wednesday due to the radiation level above was more than what is "allowed for SDF Forces."
