It was a very sad Diwali for many parents as 12 babies died in about 48 hours at the government run BC Roy Paediatric hospital in Kolkata, four of them dying on Wednesday. Parents much angry and accusing the hospital authorities of negligence protested by blocking the road in front of the hospital.
