The Maharashtra Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) results were announced on Friday and these results have made the state celebrate as the pass percentage was recorded as 70.69%. The Kolhapur division has scored the highest in pass percentage with 82.55% followed by Pune 79.32%, Mumbai 77.03%, Nasik 76.90%, Nagpur 67.13%, Aurangabad 59.30% and Latur recorded 56.57%. The lowest pass percentage was recorded in Amravati with 48.80%.
