In a bid to strengthen its portfolio, the IT bigwig Cognizant Technology Solutions has acquired CoreLogic. This move has specifically boosted the Cognizant's end-to-end mortgage services business. The US-based company with a large offshore base in India has acquired CoreLogic for a cash payment of $50 million.
