US automobile giant Ford has announced its plans for $1 billion plant in Gujarat, India. The news was broken by Joe Hinrichs, president of Ford Asia Pacific and Africa - on a conference call. 'Ford has very aggressive expansion plans in India and in Asia Pacific and Africa' said HInrichs.
