Following the indictment by the Lokayukta over illegal mining in the state, the BJP CM from Karnataka BS Yeddyurappa was asked to resign. This was decided by the BJP parliamentary Board. Court should increase the custody 3 times more for being hospitalised in non serious condition and should keep a track on such doctors / hospitals issuing certificate for hospitalization
