Air India took some firm steps in sacking the agitating pilots. As the strike entered second day early Thursday, Strike by almost 700 AI pilots, demanding a hike in salaries, brought things to a standstill at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. The strike by pilots of national carrier Air India has entered its third day which has severely affected many services and stranded passengers at various airports.
