The Government has initiated its Follow-on Public Offer (FPO) in Power Finance Corporation (PFC) on Monday to achieve its goal of Rs. 40, 000 through Public Offers in FY 12. PFC's FPO is expected to raise approximately Rs. 4,700 crores at the upper end and Rs. 4, 400 crores at the lower end of the price band fixed at Rs.193-203 per share.
