The HRD ministry has asked the Delhi University (DU) to look into the problems of Other Backward Classes (OBC) seats not getting completely filled by due to the issues of 'cutoff' marks and 'eligibility'. The HRD has sent a letter to the DU vice-chancellor on Monday, stating it to look over the eligibility and cutoff marks for the admissions into the Undergraduates programmes.
