Now that the Navratri festival has begun and very soon the Durga Puja celebrations are to begin.The Lalitha Sahasaranamam, which happens to be the sacred text of the Divine Mother Goddess is read at all auspicious occasions. Hindus all over the country read the religious text as part of their prayer rendering. It is a hymn which is considered to be very sacred. It is sacred for the Hindus and is meant to worship Goddess Lalita Devi. It is undoubtedly one of the complete sotra and is usually recited for complete salvation.
