The UP government has banned the controversial movie 'That Girl in Yellow Boots'. According to a US secret cable released by WikiLeaks, Mayawati had dispatched an empty jet to Mumbai to bring a pair of yellow boots. This act of her shows her obsession with footwear. The cable was dated 2008 and titled 'Mayawati: Portrait of a Lady'. Citing disrespect and mockery of the Chief Minister, the state government has gone ahead in banning the film.
