Yahoo Chairman, Roy Bostock, May Step Down, Bostock, Harmful Decisions, Yahoo Downfall, Poor Performance - YReach.com


The new Yahoo Chairman, Roy Bostock who had taken over the reins from former Chief Executive Officer, Carol Bartz is now about to lose out on his new assignment. Why so? A New York based investment firm, Third Point LLC, which has now about 5.2 % stake in Yahoo has urged Bostock and his co-directors to resign stating their poor performance at Yahoo as the cause for it.
