The Punjab and Haryana high court had issued a notice to the CBI to investigate the petition filed by a petitioner. The petition came to the HC, clamming a recruitment scam in the Food Corporation of India (FCI). Report reveals that Justice Nirmaljit Kaur of the High Court issued recently the notice, responding to the petition filed by an Assistant General Manager (AGM), FCI at Panchkula, named 'Surinder Singh Taxak'. His petition says that he was intentionally not given the opportunity during the FCI recruitment 2009, for the post of Deputy General Manager (DGM).
