The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is planning to set up budget hotel at Palanpur, Chandigarh, Katra and Khajuraho. Says an IRCTC official, 'We had written to all the states about our budget hotel proposals and received positive response from Haryana, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.'
