Kanimozhi will have to spend another week in Tihar Jail now as her bail plea petition will be heard on May 30th. Kanimozhi's lawyer had filed a plea challenging the special court's orders yesterday. She was arrested on May 20th for her alleged involvement in the 2G scam. The trial court had ordered her immediate arrest along with Kalaignar TV MD Sharad Kumar.
