BR Ambedkar was the 'architect' of the Constitution of India, as he was the Chairman of the Drafting commission of the Constitution. He was an orator, thinker, philosopher and a great 'voice' of the backward class. It is said that Ambedkar died in his sleep on December 6, 1956 at his home in Delhi, after completing his book, The Buddha and his Dhamma.
