Raghu Pillai passed away - Raghu Pillai, one of the founders of Indian corporate retail and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Future Value Retail, died of a sudden and massive heart attack early in the morning on Sunday (ie., 10th April 2011). Pillai was 54 year old and was staying with his wife, a son and daughter.

Raghu Pillai, one of the founders of Indian corporate retail and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Future Value Retail, died of a sudden and massive heart attack early in the morning on Sunday (ie., 10th April 2011). Pillai was 54 year old and was staying with his wife, a son and daughter. Pillai suffered a high heart attack at around 5:00 am on 10th April 2011, when he was at his residence in Chennai. The funeral took place later in the evening.
