Eid-ul-Fitr' or 'Ramadan Festival' is celebrated after the sacred month of Ramadan. The holy month of Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, which is mostly 29 or 30 days. During the entire month, the Muslims across the globe holds fast during the entire day (ie., right from the dawn to sun-set) and also refrain from eating, drinking, stay away from worldly desires and focus entirely on their Lord's instructions.
