The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Indian Premier League (IPL) might be billed as a $1 Billion brand, but the Government has not received on even a single rupee of tax from the board. Both BCCI and all the franchises of the IPL has skipped the taxes by puzzling revenue-income gabs and showing various Tax dodges.
