Ybrant Digital, a digital marketing and advertising solutions provider across 20 countries, has merged with LGS Global, IT Implementation and outsourcing services provider listed with the BSE. Established in 2000, Ybrant offers end-to-end digital marketing solutions to businesses, agencies and online publishers worldwide, using various digital communication tools including display marketing, e-mail marketing, search marketing, affiliation marketing, etc. The deal is seen as a 'complementary' step for both the entities. The resulting unit will be Ybrant Digital Ltd and led by Mr. Suresh Reddy. It will not come as a surprise that last month LGS Global had allotted 30 million equity convertible warrants to the existing promoters.
