Recently Apple Inc. has filed a patent complaint against Samsung for using iPad and iPhone features in Samsung Galaxy without any license. Apple Inc. has now lodged a fresh complaint against Taiwanese smart-phone maker - HTC at International Trade Commission (ITC) for the patent violation.
