Prime Minister Manmohan Singh vehemently supported the decision of Delhi police to arrest social activist Anna Hazare in Parliament today and said that the imposition of Jan Lokpal Bill on Parliament was undoubtedly 'misconceived'. He further said, 'all of us agree that the Lokpal Bill should be passed by Parliament. The question is who drafts the law and who passes the law. It is the sole prerogative of Parliament to make laws and government has gone by well-settled principles.'
