Tamil Nadu Recruitment Board initially received 11,164 applications from candidates for various subjects. Among these candidates, a total number of 7941 eligible candidates were called for certificate verification. The respective weightage of marks was allocated for Educational qualification and Teaching Experience.

After completion of certificate verification, the Board short listed eligible candidates based on the weightage marks secured by them in the certificate verification followed by communal roster at the ratio of 1:5. While notifying the vacancies the Board followed the communal reservation as per G.O.Ms.No.65, P & AR (K) Department, dated 27-05-2009. Read more at www.yreach.com
